Sochetannoe barreness - one of excessively difficult forms of infringement of fruitfulness at whom endokrinnaja and sekretornaja insufficiency is combined with ekskretorno-toxic or sekretorno-obturatsionnymi changes. Under our supervision there were 465 patients with the considered form of barreness. At each of the named patients signs primary and, were traced less often, secondary insufficiency jaichek and there were obvious or latent symptoms of chronic inflammatory process of internal genitals.
The Most frequent clinical symptoms - unsharply expressed form gipogonadizma, developed more often owing to unilateral pahovogo kriptorhizma, incomplete omission jaichka, false kriptorhizma, asymmetries of the form and size jaichka, endomorfnyj syndrome Klajnfeltera which are accompanied unsharply expressed sekretornoj by insufficiency.
Except the named pathology, at patients were available latentno proceeding inflammatory diseases of additional sexual glands - a chronic prostatitis, vezikulit, about-statovezikulit, epididimit, uretroprostatit, uretropros-tatovezikulit, kuperit.
The Most frequent error at an estimation of a condition of the specified patients are revaluation of one of etiologicheskih factors and then barreness is wrongly qualified either as sekretornoe or as ekskretornoe.
Other, or not classified, barreness forms meet in 5,5-11,8% of cases. Rare versions of infringement of fruitfulness concern this group. In the literature (I.F.Junda, 1981; V.I.Trishchenko, 1983; Pepperell and soavt., 1983, etc.) following separate rare forms of barreness at men are allocated: relative, psychogenic, immunologicheskoe, aspermatizm, difficult to explain, etc.
On our data, considered forms of barreness are revealed at 141 of 996 men, suffering by barreness, frequency of its versions the various: relative barreness - at 48 patients, immunologicheskoe - at 39, aspermatizm - at 38, difficult to explain - at 16.
