Gialuronidaza contains in spermatozoonah (Eichenberger, 1946). However certain concentration is necessary for achievement of separation of coronal cages gialurokidazy, in one spermatozoone its maintenance is not enough, participation in considerable quantity fertilisation spermatozoonov for this purpose is required. In other words, for penetration in jajtsekletku one spermatozoona participation of enough biologically active spermatozoonov is required.

According to data Molnara (1969), at concentration high-grade spermatozoonov in ejakuljate, equal 60 mlp/ml, possibility of achievement of necessary concentration gialuropidazy for separation of covers jajtsekletki is created. As acknowledgement data Schir-ren (1961) which has shown can serve the told, that between activity gia-luronidazy and quantity high-grade spermatozoonov there is a direct dependence. At azoospermii and aspermii gialuronidaza in ejakuljate is absent.
